TRAINING HAS BEEN CANCELED! BPW Finland is inviting you to the leadership training for women in Helsinki. The training will take place on 22. -23.9.2023 in a beautiful, historical, and inspiring surroundings in Suomenlinna, Helsinki. The training will be organized by BPW Finland in cooperation with BPW Europe working group “Learning for leadership”.
This Women's Leadership course will help women both in current or future leadership positions to develop their interpersonal and professional skills as well as increase self-confidence by taking a fresh look at strength, goals and effective behavior. We also look at the challenges that women face at the workplace.
The topics include:
- Leadership styles and transformational leadership
- Your strength as female leaders, especially in a hybrid world
- Effective communication and presentation skills for female leaders
- Self-care and resilience for female leaders
- Modern ways of looking at motivation and engagement of both yourself as leader and your team
- Inclusive Leadership: Know your bias and the shortcuts in your brain
- Learn the tools for including diverse team
- High performing teams- building and developing- what great leaders do differently
This leadership training is targeted for both members of BPW but also other powerful women who want to be better leaders but possibly future members of BPW as well.

I have been the member of BPW since 2002 and during this time carried many different roles inside this amazing organization – been a member, Club President, Federation President and since 2021 I am the Regional Coordinator of BPW Europe and member of the BPW International Executive.
The BPW Europe Leadership and Lifelong Learning Working Group I joined in 2018 as a trainer after a successful training in Malta. Our website is https://bpw-lll.weebly.com/. Together with the trainer’s team I have carried out many successful training programs in life and virtually.
I can say I have the “kaleidoscope” career – besides working in the road transport industry I have been a teacher of languages for children, author of several study books, editor, guide and at present the trainer and I have my own business Gallo Coffee, where I and my daughter import and sell Italian coffee with the brand name “Gallo”.
Ester Eomois
Ester Eomois works for Chair of Management at Estonian Business School. Her areas of competence are leadership and management concepts. She can combine theory with practice as she has built up several health care companies from scratch to market leader in the Baltic region. Today in charge on setting up global Viveo telemedicine platform and leading global virtuaal team.
Ester likes to share her expertise and experience in universities, as well to executives. In addition to Estonian Business School, she has been guest speaker in educational institutions in Moscow, Moldova, Spain and the Nordics.
She is passionate about empowering women to reach leadership positions by designing and implementing women leadership projects all over Europe. She is PhD student and her research topic is about career paths of millennial generation female managers.
